Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026 • Transparent, human-readable guidelines for using ZOVLER.
Welcome to ZOVLER.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZOVLER website and related travel search, comparison and discovery services.
By accessing or using ZOVLER, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. About ZOVLER
ZOVLER is a travel metasearch and discovery platform.
We help users discover and compare travel options that may include:
- flights;
- hotels;
- accommodation;
- buses and other transport;
- travel experiences;
- packages or other travel-related products.
ZOVLER may obtain or display information from third-party travel providers, aggregators, affiliate partners and other sources.
ZOVLER does not necessarily provide the underlying travel service displayed in a search result.
2. Search and Comparison Services
ZOVLER may allow users to search and compare travel offers based on information such as:
- destination;
- origin;
- dates;
- number of travellers;
- accommodation requirements;
- transport preferences;
- other search criteria.
Search results may include prices, schedules, availability, descriptions, ratings, images, provider information and other information supplied by third parties.
Search results are provided to assist users in discovering available options.
They should not be treated as a guarantee that an offer remains available or that the displayed price will remain unchanged.
3. Prices, Availability and Travel Information
Travel prices and availability can change rapidly.
Information displayed on ZOVLER may be supplied by third-party providers and may become outdated between the time it is displayed and the time you visit the provider's booking page.
Accordingly:
- prices may change;
- taxes or fees may change;
- availability may change;
- schedules may change;
- room or fare conditions may change;
- baggage or ancillary conditions may differ;
- promotions may expire;
- an offer may no longer be available.
The final price, availability, terms and conditions displayed by the relevant booking provider at the time of booking control the transaction.
ZOVLER does not guarantee that every displayed offer will remain available.
4. Third-Party Booking Providers
When you select an offer on ZOVLER, you may be redirected to a third-party website or booking platform.
The third party may be:
- an airline;
- hotel or accommodation provider;
- bus operator;
- online travel agency;
- booking platform;
- affiliate partner;
- travel supplier;
- another third-party service provider.
The third party's own terms and conditions govern the booking you make with that provider.
Before completing a booking, you should carefully review:
- the final price;
- taxes and fees;
- cancellation conditions;
- refund rules;
- change conditions;
- baggage allowances;
- payment terms;
- booking restrictions;
- visa and travel requirements;
- other applicable conditions.
5. ZOVLER Is Not the Booking Provider
Unless ZOVLER expressly states otherwise for a specific service, ZOVLER does not:
- issue airline tickets;
- reserve hotel rooms;
- operate buses;
- provide accommodation;
- provide travel insurance;
- process the underlying booking payment;
- determine cancellation policies;
- determine refund policies;
- control third-party inventory;
- provide customer support for third-party bookings.
Once you leave ZOVLER and complete a transaction with another provider, your contractual relationship regarding that transaction is generally with that provider.
6. Payments
ZOVLER's metasearch service does not generally require users to make the underlying travel booking payment to ZOVLER.
Where you are redirected to a third-party booking provider, payment is made according to that provider's payment process and terms.
ZOVLER is not responsible for payment failures, unauthorized charges, refunds, chargebacks or other payment disputes arising from a transaction completed with a third party.
If ZOVLER introduces a service in the future in which ZOVLER directly processes payments or completes bookings, additional terms may apply to that service.
7. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
For bookings completed with a third-party provider, cancellation, modification and refund requests must generally be handled directly with the provider with whom the booking was made.
The applicable provider determines:
- whether cancellation is permitted;
- applicable cancellation charges;
- whether a refund is available;
- the amount of any refund;
- modification rules;
- no-show rules;
- other booking conditions.
ZOVLER does not guarantee refunds or cancellation rights for bookings completed through third parties.
8. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
Users are responsible for checking requirements applicable to their travel. These may include:
- passport validity;
- visas;
- transit visas;
- entry permits;
- health requirements;
- vaccination requirements;
- immigration requirements;
- customs requirements;
- airline-specific requirements;
- destination-specific rules.
ZOVLER may provide travel information for convenience, but such information should not be treated as official immigration, legal, medical or governmental advice.
Users should verify applicable requirements with the relevant official authorities and travel providers before travelling.
9. Third-Party Content
ZOVLER may display information supplied by third parties, including:
- hotel names;
- hotel descriptions;
- property images;
- airline information;
- provider names;
- travel schedules;
- prices;
- ratings;
- reviews;
- destination information;
- other travel content.
Such content may be owned by or licensed to the relevant third party.
Third-party trademarks, names, logos, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
ZOVLER does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it is displayed through the platform.
10. ZOVLER Intellectual Property
ZOVLER's original branding, website design, interface, original content, software and other materials created by or for ZOVLER may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by ZOVLER, you must not:

You must not use automated means to access, collect, reproduce or redistribute substantial amounts of ZOVLER content unless you have permission or such activity is otherwise expressly permitted.
This does not restrict legitimate search-engine indexing or automated access expressly permitted by ZOVLER.

ZOVLER does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for:

Accessing a third-party website is at your own discretion.

- available;
- uninterrupted;
- error-free;
- secure;
- compatible with every device;

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party dependencies, network failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZOVLER is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

- refunds;
- schedule changes;
- flight disruptions;
- hotel or accommodation issues;
- transport operator issues;
- inaccurate third-party information;
- price changes;
- availability changes;
- third-party website failures;
- payment disputes with third-party providers;
- events outside ZOVLER's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of ZOVLER, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.
This provision will not apply to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be imposed.
18. Privacy
Your use of ZOVLER is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected and processed when you use the website.
